Our CrossFit class. Constantly varied, functional movement, high intensity workouts and a supportive athmosphere. This is a class for everyone and anyone. Wherever you are on your fitness journey our expert coaches will guide you through this class to get the most from it.
UnityHybrid
Our HYROX class. Functional fitness meets endurance. This class is focused on building your aerobic capacity without compromising on the strength you need to perform at your best. Think high heart rate, longer workouts and straightforward movements.
UnitySweat
Elevate your heart rate and improve your cardiovascular system performance. With no heavy barbells or gymnastics, but little rest, you’ll move constantly and feel fantastic afterwards.
UnityStrength
Smart, progressive programming designed to help you get stronger, move better, and feel more confident in and out of the gym. This class blends the fundamentals of strength training-like squats, deadlifts, presses, and pulls, with accessory work to bulletproof your body and support your goals.

CrossFit or HYROX, our weekend classes are all about shared effort. These sessions bring people together for high-energy, partner or team-based workouts where community, encouragement, and teamwork take centre stage to push you in the best way possible.
UnitySkills
Your opportunity to slow things down and level up the finer points of your training. Each class focuses on mastering a specific movement or skill, from gymnastics (like toes-to-bar or handstands) to barbell technique (like cleans or snatches). Whether you’re working toward your first rep or refining advanced mechanics, our coaches break movements down into clear, achievable progressions.
UnityPilates
Designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and build a deeper connection with your body. This class combines classical Pilates principles with functional training to support everything you do inside and outside the gym, from lifting and running to daily life and recovery. Led by experienced instructors, each class focuses on controlled, intentional movement, improving your posture, core strength, flexibility, and overall movement quality.
